Positive: 10 out of 10 stay! Extremely think-through property! Gabrielle and his parents are amazing hosts, always available, very welcoming and kind. The house is well equipped (dishwasher, kitchen appliances etc), brand new, nicely decorated and super clean. You would feel very welcome at Villa Sovareto from the first moment you arrive until you leave 🙂 many compliments to the hosts who took care of every tiny details of the stay (like parking in a shadow, tabs for dishwasher, umbrealla for beach, A/C in each bedroom etc). The property is semi detached from the the owners villa however you would have the privacy since the owners are very delicate and quite.
Negative: The Sovareto beach itself is not the nicest in the area, though reachable by foot (also a free parking). It is advisable to have a car to discover the area as well as to reach supermarkets and restaurants. In the evening, you may hear music from nearby hotels, though easily resolved by closing the windows. All in all I cannot think of any minuses/things we didn't like during our stay.
Summary: Great host doing great job
